Annual subscriptions, published in full.
Every published figure is an annual subscription in Saudi riyals, payable in advance. What sits outside the subscription is listed just as plainly, because a price you can only find out by asking is not a price.
How these prices work
What the annual subscription covers
- Licensed use of the product for the named users and the location described in your tier, for twelve months.
- The capabilities published on that product's own page, with the qualifications published beside them.
- Everything else — hosting arrangements, backup schedule, support hours, training volume and maintenance — is confirmed in your written proposal rather than assumed from this page.

Additional locations are scoped and quoted separately. The multi-clinic arrangement we can evidence today provisions a separate database per site, so a second location is a second deployment to plan — not a line item to add. Questions about these prices
- Are these prices annual?
- Yes. Every figure on this page is a twelve-month subscription, payable in advance.
- Is VAT included?
- No. VAT, if applicable, is excluded from every figure shown.
- Is implementation included?
- No. Implementation and configuration are quoted separately, once we understand what has to be set up.
- Is data migration included?
- No. Your existing data has to be inspected before anyone can honestly price moving it, so migration is quoted separately after that inspection.
- What changes the final quote?
- The number of locations and named users, the state of the data being moved, the integrations you need, the amount of customization, and how much training you want. All of it is confirmed in a written proposal.
- Does a published price mean every integration is available?
- No. A price is a commercial decision. Published pricing applies to the scope each product page states; integrations and requirements outside that scope are assessed separately.
