What this website does with your information.

This notice describes how this website handles the information you send through it. It is a description of how the site works, not a statement that it meets the requirements of any particular data-protection law.

Who operates this website

SkyEagle is the marketing name of SKYEAGLE DIGITAL LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States, entity ID 0008018393.

For anything about this notice, or about information you have sent us, use the administrative email address published on our contact page.

What the forms collect

The contact form and the demo form are the only places this website asks you for anything. They collect:

  • Your name.
  • An email address or a mobile number — whichever you prefer to be reached on.
  • Which product line you are asking about.
  • A clinic or organisation name, if you choose to give one. This field is optional.
  • A message, if you choose to write one. This field is optional.
  • How you found us, if you choose to answer. This field is optional, and it is your own answer — we do not track or measure where you came from.
  • The language you were reading in, and which of the two pages you submitted from.
  • Two anti-spam signals: a hidden field that a real visitor never fills in, and how long the form was open before you pressed send.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to answer your enquiry. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

  • To read your enquiry and reply to it.
  • To route it to the right person — which product line, and which language to answer in.
  • To keep the form from being used to send bulk or automated messages.

Please do not send patient information

These are general enquiry forms. They are not a clinical channel, and they are not built for handling patient information.

Please do not include patient records, clinical details, medical images, patient identifiers, or any other health information about an identifiable person in the message box. If you need to discuss real data, tell us that in general terms and we will arrange an appropriate way to do it.

What happens to your enquiry

Your enquiry is checked, sent once as an email, and then discarded. This website has no database. It writes nothing to disk and keeps no copy of what you submitted.

The email goes to a single SkyEagle mailbox. If you gave an email address, it is also set as the reply address so a colleague can answer you directly.

Nothing you type is written to our application logs. When something goes wrong we record the kind of failure — the name of a field that did not validate, or a status code — and never the value you entered. On a successful submission we log nothing at all.

If your message does not go through

The form tells you when a message was not delivered. There are two different situations behind that message, and they are not the same:

  • If email delivery is not configured, your enquiry is refused before it is sent anywhere. In that case nothing you typed leaves our server.
  • If the email provider receives the message and then rejects it, your enquiry had already been passed to that provider before the failure. We tell you delivery failed, and that remains true — but in this case the information had already left our server.

Your IP address

This website uses your IP address for one purpose only: to limit how many submissions can be made in a short time. It is held in the server's memory for at most sixty seconds, is never written to our logs, is never included in the email, and is never stored.

Separately from anything this website does, our hosting provider records ordinary connection information for every request — including IP address, browser user agent, and the page requested — in its own logs, under its own retention schedule. That is outside this application's control, and we mention it here because the paragraph above would otherwise be misleading.

Who else is involved

No one else receives what you send. This website contains no advertising network, no data broker, and no marketing platform.

  • Resend sends the email. Resend states that it stores customer data in the United States, and documents a thirty-day data-retention period on its standard plans.
  • Vercel hosts this website and runs the code that handles the form.
  • The SkyEagle mailbox that receives your enquiry is operated by an email provider, in the ordinary way any business mailbox is.

Processing in other countries

The companies above are based outside Saudi Arabia and outside the United Kingdom, and your enquiry may be processed in a country other than your own. Resend publishes that it stores customer data in the United States. We do not state a processing country for the hosting layer, because we have not verified one and we will not guess.

How long it is kept

This website keeps nothing. There is no copy of your enquiry on this site once the email has been sent.

Once delivered, your enquiry exists as an email in a SkyEagle mailbox, and it is kept for as long as it is needed to deal with what you asked about and to keep a record of the conversation. We have not yet set a fixed retention period for that mailbox, and we would rather say so than publish a number we cannot keep to. Setting one is an open item for review.

An enquiry that was never delivered leaves no copy behind on this website at all.

How the form is protected

No website can promise that information sent over the internet is safe from every risk, and we do not make that promise.

  • The site is served over an encrypted connection, and the browser is instructed to use one.
  • A content-security policy restricts what the page is allowed to load, and the browser blocks anything outside it.
  • Submissions are validated on the server as well as in the browser, are limited in size, and are limited in how often they can be sent.
  • Your details are never sent from your browser to any third party. The only request the form makes is to this website.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies. It stores nothing in your browser. It uses no analytics service, no tracking pixels, and no third-party scripts, and every font, image and script it loads comes from this site itself.

Your browser may send us an automatic report when a page tries to load something the content-security policy does not allow. We keep only the rule that fired and the addresses of the page and the blocked item, with any query string removed, and we store none of it.

This describes the site as it is today. If that ever changes, this page changes with it.

The WhatsApp number in our footer is an ordinary link. Nothing is sent to WhatsApp unless you choose to open it, and what happens after that is governed by WhatsApp, not by us.

Asking us about your information

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the administrative address on our contact page and tell us what you are asking for.

In practice the only thing we are likely to hold is the email you sent us and our reply to it. We will tell you what we find, and what we did about it.

We have not yet set a published deadline for answering requests of this kind, and we would rather not state one we have not agreed. Our general reply time is published on the contact page.

Changes to this notice

The date at the top of this page is the date it was last changed. If we change how the site handles your information, we change this page at the same time.

Questions about this notice

Write to the administrative address published on our contact page and tell us what you need. We will tell you what we hold, which in almost every case is nothing.
