Is SkyEagle right for my clinic?
Most of what follows is about ruling us out quickly. That is deliberate: a clinic that discovers the mismatch after signing has lost far more than the hour it would have taken to read this.

Start with the care setting
SkyEagle HIS & EMR is outpatient software. If your work is clinic visits, appointments and outpatient records, you are in scope. If your work includes overnight admissions, it is not, and no amount of configuration changes that.
The full fit and not-fit lists live on the product page itself, next to the capabilities they qualify. Read them together — a capability list read without its limits is only half the page.
Seeing the product before you decide
For HIS & EMR, a walkthrough shows you the product and where the stated limit of each published capability sits. Read those limits during the walkthrough, not after it.
The other SkyEagle product lines, including RCM, Claim Submission, Claim Rejection & Denial Management, PBM and Medical Coding & Code Mapping Services, are separate from HIS & EMR. For those, tell us about your workflow first, so the demonstration covers the parts you would actually use.
If you are not a clinic
Revenue-cycle, claims and medical coding teams, payers and pharmacy-benefit stakeholders are audiences for the other SkyEagle product lines, not for the clinical product. A larger organization being welcome to those products does not extend HIS & EMR beyond outpatient care.
What to prepare before you contact us
- How many locations and providers you have.
- How many people will need their own login.
- What you use today, and what it does badly.
- Where your existing records live, and in what form.
- The one workflow you would fix first if you could only fix one.
- Any requirement that is genuinely non-negotiable, so we can tell you early if we cannot meet it.
